Characteristic

- adding some tungsten into chromium silicon steel.
- keeping fine grain when quenching by adding tungsten
- obtaining good ductility when quenching
- more temperature strength and hardenability than 4CrW2Si 
 

Heat Treatment
-  Quench: 950-980`C cold oil(need re-preheat~500`C-850`C)HRC≥60
-  Eliminate stress, stabilize framework tempering, (180-200`C)≥2 hours HRC60-62
-  If it is necessary, it could be changed into 320-350`C≥2 hours backfire HRC≥60-62
-  Annealing: 780-800`C slow cooling
